Utility apron
11:53The season of craft fairs is upon us!!
So, this utility apron tutorial from Sugar Bee Crafts was perfect for a little last minute sewing for this weekend's craft fair.
I made it from fabrics that I had in my scrap basket. Absolutely everything was from my stash, which only made it better! I didn't buy these fabrics together but I think they go well together.
Mandy's tutorial calls for lining but I ran out of sheeting so I used some curtain lining. Urm, oops, it was blackout lining so the apron is SUPER stiff. Surely that's a good thing considering how much money I'll be taking at the Christmas fairs?
It has two large back pockets and 3 medium sized front pockets and 1 small pen pocket along the front.
In the tutorial Mandy used fabric to create her own bias fold tape but I am totally afraid of bias tape and making it fills me with dread. I used white cotton twill tape instead which I had in my stash which made this apron super fast.
All in all it was really simple, if you can sew a straight line and iron then you can sew this. Thanks Mandy for a great tutorial!

Ah, I can sew a straight line and that is about it, well, maybe I should say "wavy straight line" if that exists :) This is way too awesome!! Love it!
