What could be better than a wok full of brightly coloured veggies waiting to be turned into a poor British excuse for fajitas?!
(I've heard proper Mexican fajitas are so different we wouldn't recognise them if they came up and stole our tortillas!)
We like to add onions, peppers, sweetcorn, spinach (you can hide it in a multitude of dishes without realising it!) lettuce (raw obviously), soured cream, cheese (sometimes) and chicken for the Dusband.
How do you eat fajitas?
