Yummy!
07:10What could be better than a wok full of brightly coloured veggies waiting to be turned into a poor British excuse for fajitas?!
(I've heard proper Mexican fajitas are so different we wouldn't recognise them if they came up and stole our tortillas!)
We like to add onions, peppers, sweetcorn, spinach (you can hide it in a multitude of dishes without realising it!) lettuce (raw obviously), soured cream, cheese (sometimes) and chicken for the Dusband.
How do you eat fajitas?

I love fajitas! Though I don't fix them much because the kids do not like peppers and onions. I like guacamole on mine!
ReplyDeleteI noticed your comment on The Scrap Shoppe about Pinterest and if you still need an invite I can send you one! Just let me know :0)
Fajitas consist of a small corn tortilla with some kind of meat (grilled), peppers and onions (also grilled) and a sprinkling of cilantro (coriander). Hot sauce is always on the side for those of us (namely, myself) that like some heat.
ReplyDeleteThat's how we do it in California. I love Mexican street food stuffs.
