Not even ten minutes after I posted about the ugly lump candle did I come back from downstairs (sewing a tea cosy) to find this revenge had been exacted on my lovely pristine desk:





I'm both hurt and shocked at the treatment a candle in no holder and with no base could give me....as though it's my fault for putting it directly on the desk! Luckily it just peeled right off and went in the bin!
