Take one victoria sponge (any cake will do)

Add ridiculously bright icing

Add some sugar coated chocolate thingys from the baking aisle

Add some random number candles.

He was 35, I just didn't have a 5 so I improvised :)

Your husband will be delighted with it! No, really, he will...he doesn't care how it looks, as long as it tastes nice!

(His birthday was in April. I've been meaning to blog about it since, sorry!)

Ha! You're so right. It could look like you sent it through the dishwasher first, and they wouldn't care as long as it tastes good!
