Sweet Cicely II
18:50If you haven't heard of Sweet Cicely, you might want to check out my blog post about my beautiful grandmother, Cicely.
Now there's a new sweet Cicely in town and she's definitely making waves! Here she is doing her 'Rocky' look.
She's named Cicely Jane, Cicely after my grandmother and Jane after Dusband's mum who passed away in January 2000. It seems Cicely may be lucky enough to have inherited Jane's beautiful auburn hair, she came out very dark and it seems to be lightening up!
Cicely was born at 5.21pm on Saturday 27th September, at home as planned. She weighed 7lb 6oz and so far is proving to be a hit with all who come for a cwtch!
Please excuse the obvious blog silence that's still to come, it's taken me a week to work out how to have a shower before lunchtime, and even then only because we had back up in the form of my sister in law!
