Days 2 & 3 Fitness


Day 2 (yesterday - forgot to post!)

35 Jumping Jacks
15 Crunches

Jumping jacks were slightly harder this day, definitely making me breathe heavily!!

Day 3

40 Jumping Jacks
20 Crunches

I forgot how many it was meant to be so did 45 jumping jacks. Going to need to get some specialist sports 'impact' clothing if this keeps on...!

Crunches not too bad, I tried doing one sit up in preparation for tomorrow and I couldn't even sit up. Um, that'll be interesting!!

  1. That's a lot more exercise than I've done today lol
    I've never been able to do sit ups, even at school (much to P.E. teacher's annoyance lol) but on the leg press (is that the right name?) I could press a greater weight than even the boys in my year, hah!
