Day 2 (yesterday - forgot to post!)
35 Jumping Jacks
Jumping jacks were slightly harder this day, definitely making me breathe heavily!!
40 Jumping Jacks
I forgot how many it was meant to be so did 45 jumping jacks. Going to need to get some specialist sports 'impact' clothing if this keeps on...!
Crunches not too bad, I tried doing one sit up in preparation for tomorrow and I couldn't even sit up. Um, that'll be interesting!!
How are you getting on?
