I was given this beautiful blue and purple wool tartan fabric from my friend at church, Janet. She'd had it sitting in her attic for a number of years and decided she was never going to use it so gave it to me. As soon as I saw it I knew that it was destined for a Companion carpet bag!


I paired it with this 'navy' faux leather (it's more of a cobalt blue) and these purple leather handles from Bobbin Girl.

More than enough space inside this 'Small' Companion Carpet bag!

I snuck a half moon magnetic snap from Emmaline Bags on the front pocket to see how it would look and I'm sure you'll agree, it looks great!
