Wow, isn't it early this year!

I'm recovering nicely from my surgery on Saturday thank you for asking so while we're waiting for me to get my blog on I thought I'd remind you of last year's pancake recipe post. In case you fancy some nice British Shrove Tuesday pancakes tomorrow?

Do you give things up for Lent? I might give up feeling unwell, that would be a good one this year!

Glad to read you are recovering well..

Love crepes.. went to make some myself and found myself out of egg.. need to make a run to the store.
